Upon account creation, tollogic™ will assign your account a toll document intake email. You can send your toll documents as attachments to upload them into the tollogic™ application.
Send Document via Email

Draft an email and attach your toll transaction document that you wish to get uploaded to tollogic™ in the Toll Document Management section.
Send this email to the appropriate email address provided by Commercelogic to you for your account.
Acknowledgement email

After you have sent the email, Commercelogic with send you an acknowledgement email to confirm the receipt of your email.

Click the Toll Document tab in the top navigation menu.
Once the document is uploaded to tollogic™ you can view the status in the Toll Document Management section.
Note: Depending on the volume of transactions, it may take up to 24 hours to process and match the toll transactions to GPS calculations.
